Keep Your Favorite Channels Close with World TV Stream
World TV Stream gives you access to thousands of free live TV channels from across the globe. While exploring is fun, you probably have a few channels you'll want to watch regularly. Instead of searching for them every time, WTS offers a handy "Favorites" feature to keep them readily accessible.
This guide shows you exactly how to add, view, and manage your favorite channels.
1. What Are Favorites?
Think of Favorites as your personal bookmark list within World TV Stream. When you mark a channel as a favorite, it gets added to a dedicated section, allowing you to jump straight to it without browsing or searching the main lists again.
Important Note on Privacy: Your list of favorite channels is stored locally on your device (in your browser's storage or the app's data). World TV Stream does not collect or store this information on its servers. This means your favorites are private to you but also specific to the device and browser/app instance you used to save them.
2. How to Add a Channel to Favorites
Adding a channel to your favorites list is incredibly simple:
- Find Your Channel: Browse or search the main channel lists (e.g., under "Default", "Stream", or your custom M3U lists) until you find the channel you want to save.
- Click the Heart Icon: Look for a heart icon (♡ or ❤️) next to the channel name in the list.
- Click It! Clicking the heart icon will typically fill it in (e.g., ♡ becomes ❤️) or change its appearance, indicating that the channel has been successfully added to your Favorites.
That's it! The channel is now saved. Repeat this process for all the channels you want to keep handy.
3. Accessing Your Favorite Channels
Once you've added some favorites, accessing them is just as easy:
- Navigate to the Sidebar: Look at the main navigation sidebar on the left side of the World TV Stream interface.
- Find "Favorite Channels": You should see a clearly labeled button or menu item, often with a heart icon, named "Favorite Channels" or simply "Favorites".
- Click It: Clicking this button will load your personalized list of saved channels in the main content area.
Now you have a clean list showing only the channels you've specifically marked.
4. Removing a Channel from Favorites
Changed your mind or don't watch a channel anymore? Removing it is straightforward:
- Go to Your Favorites List: Access your "Favorite Channels" list via the sidebar as described above.
- Find the Channel: Locate the channel you wish to remove within your Favorites list.
- Click the (Filled) Heart Icon: Click the already-filled heart icon (❤️) next to the channel name. This should toggle it back to its unfilled state (♡) and instantly remove the channel from your Favorites list.
- Alternatively: You can also find the channel in the main list where you originally added it and click the filled heart icon there to remove it from Favorites.
