1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to World TV Stream ("WTS", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website worldtvstream.com (the "Website") and our various mobile applications published under the World TV Stream name (collectively, the "Apps"). Our Website and Apps (collectively, the "Services") provide access to stream publicly available legal IPTV channels and allow users to optionally utilize custom M3U playlists.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
- Core Functionality: WTS acts as an index or directory, providing organized access to publicly available, legal live TV stream links found on the internet. We do not host, control, or provide the actual streaming content.
- Free Service: The Services are provided completely free of charge.
- Ad-Free: We are committed to providing an ad-free experience. You will not encounter advertisements placed by WTS within our Services.
- No User Accounts: User registration or account creation is not required and not offered to use the Services. All features are accessible without logging in.
- Features: Users can browse and play indexed channels. Optional features include marking channels as 'Favorites' and loading custom M3U playlist files for playback within the Service interface.
3. Data Storage: Favorites & Custom Playlists
- Local Storage Only: Any channels you mark as 'Favorites' and any custom M3U playlists you load into the Service are stored strictly locally within your web browser's storage (cache, local storage) or the App's local data storage on your device.
- No Server Storage: We do not store your Favorites lists or custom M3U playlist content on our servers. This information is not linked to any user account (as none exist) and is not synchronized across devices or sessions automatically.
- Data Persistence: Information stored locally is temporary and may be lost if you clear your browser's cache/data, uninstall the App, use a different browser or device, or if the browser/OS automatically clears such data. WTS is not responsible for the loss of locally stored preferences or playlists.
4. Donations
- Voluntary Support: While our Services are free and ad-free, we welcome voluntary donations to help support the ongoing development, maintenance, and operational costs of World TV Stream.
- Non-Obligatory: Donations are entirely optional and do not grant any additional features or preferential treatment.
- Non-Refundable: All donations are considered final and non-refundable
5. Content Disclaimer and IPTV Sources
- No Hosting: World TV Stream does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media content of any kind. Our Services merely link to or provide access interfaces for content hosted by third parties and found publicly available on the internet.
- Content Source: We primarily utilize publicly available channel links aggregated by projects like iptv-org/iptv on GitHub, which state they link to streams made public by copyright holders, and potentially other publicly available legal streams.
- Legality and User Responsibility: WTS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, legality, accuracy, copyright compliance, or availability of the channels linked via our Services or within user-loaded M3U playlists. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the content accessed through our Services is legal in your jurisdiction. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to access any content, especially content loaded via custom M3U playlists. Streaming copyrighted material without permission may be illegal.
- DMCA/Takedowns: WTS respects intellectual property rights but does not host any content. If you are a copyright holder and believe a link accessible via our Services points to infringing content, you must contact the web host or content provider that is actually hosting the content to request its removal. Removing a link from our index will not remove the content from the internet where it is hosted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services:

WTS claims no ownership over the content streamed or linked to, nor over the content within user-loaded M3U playlists.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WTS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (b) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF LOCALLY STORED DATA, EVEN IF WTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
